At Happy Floors, we want you to love every square inch of your home. If your new flooring isn't the perfect fit, you can return uninstalled materials in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive your unique return shipping label and instructions.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage all unused tiles or planks in their original, unopened boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided label to your shipment and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for palletized orders.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
